Pilates Circuit class at Pilates of Charleston. It has a little of everything and anything Pilates related: Cardio, resistance training, strength training, flexibility training and body weight calisthenics. This 8 person class gives you the space that you need to really move your body under the watchful eyes of your Pilates Instructor. You will get the 1:1 attention you deserve in this Pilates class.
What: A circuit training class filled with all your favourite Pilates moves, on all the different Pilates equipment.
