Reformer Pilates from Downtown Charleston

Twelve minutes over the Ravenel, with free parking right at the door.

Getting there

Twelve minutes over the bridge, with parking waiting for you

The studio is twelve minutes over the Ravenel from downtown Charleston, with free parking directly outside the door — no meter, no app, and no walk at either end of your class.

What you find when you get here is a boutique room built around space: eight people maximum, Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, and enough floor between them to extend fully without checking who is beside you. Music on, no microphones needed, and a full mirrored wall along one side so you can see yourself as you move.

Our clients come from across the Charleston area and range from their twenties to their seventies. Everyone gets the same energy and the same encouragement.

Questions

Coming from downtown

How long does it take from downtown Charleston?

About twelve minutes over the Ravenel outside rush hour. The bridge is the only variable — it moves well most of the day.

Is parking really free?

Yes, directly outside the studio on S. Shelmore Blvd. No meter and no app. It is one of the most common things people mention after their first visit.

Can I fit a class in before work?

Weekday classes start from 7:00am and run to 7:00pm, so an early class and a drive back over the bridge is very doable. Check the live schedule for the current times.
