Eight reformers, one room, free parking.
Daniel Island, South Carolina

Reformer Pilates from Daniel Island

A short drive over the Wando to S. Shelmore Blvd, with free parking at the door.

Worth the drive

Why Daniel Island clients make the drive

What brings people over the Wando is the room itself. Eight people maximum on Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, with real floor space around each one — nothing stacked in, nobody waiting a turn.

Every instructor is fully certified, and several have taught here for a decade or more. That means the instructor helping you in month six is the same one who taught you the footwork in week one.

Voted Charleston City Paper’s Best Pilates Studio in 2023 and 2024, with forty-six five-star reviews on Google.
