Why Isle of Palms clients come over the Connector
There is no shortage of places on and around the island calling themselves Pilates. What brings people over the Connector is the method itself, taught properly. Eight people maximum on Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, with real floor space around each one — nothing stacked in, nobody waiting a turn.
We teach contemporary Pilates: the original work of Joseph Pilates, updated with what exercise science and physical therapy have taught us since, and adjusted to the body in front of us. Every instructor is fully certified, and several have taught here for a decade or more.
Voted Charleston City Paper’s Best Pilates Studio in 2023 and 2024, with forty-six five-star reviews on Google.
