Charleston City Paper’s Best Pilates Studio in 2023 and 2024, and nominated again for 2026 – judged by the people who actually train here.
The equipment
Balanced Body Allegro 2
Professional-grade reformers, maintained properly, with genuine floor space around each one. No stacked-in studio, no waiting your turn.
The teaching
Eight people, maximum
Classes stay small on purpose. Every instructor is fully certified and every session is adjusted to the bodies actually in the room.
New client special
Start with two classes.
Decide after that.
One class tells you whether you liked the instructor. Two tells you what it does to your back, your posture and how you sleep – which is the thing you are actually deciding about.
Includes a full equipment orientation on your first visit, so you are not learning the reformer while eight other people wait.

Group Classes
Small-group reformer and mat classes, seven days a week. Fifty minutes, eight people maximum, and never so full that you get lost in the room.

The studio
Light, wood, and room around every reformer.
We built the studio around the thing most studios cut first: space. Wide floors, tall windows, morning light coming across the reformers, and enough room between them that you can extend fully without checking who is beside you.
It is a quiet room, deliberately. You will not find loud music, mirrors everywhere, or a leaderboard. What you will find is somebody watching your form closely enough to correct it.

"Jennie pushes me in the best way possible. She always knows when I can do just a little bit more, and I love how much stronger and more capable I feel because of her."
