Pilates of Charleston, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates video.pilates.com (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Tracking Cookies Data

Tracking technologies such beacons, tags, and scripts may also be used to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

Currently we use a New Relic Session Cookie for session tracking. Session cookies collect information such as time spent on the website, geographic origin, browser type and version, and operating system. The Session Cookie does not retain any Personal Data as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We may also use Preference Cookies. Preference Cookies remember your preferences and various settings if you subscribe to our Service.

“Do Not Track” Signals Under California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”), so our website does not behave differently when a DNT request is received. DNT is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. However, there is currently no industry-standard way to handle these requests.
