Bachelorette Party Pilates in Charleston

Take over our Mount Pleasant studio for your group. Up to sixteen people, every fitness level welcome, and a class built around your group for a weekend of fun memories.

What you get

A Private Pilates Experience for your Group

Celebrate your bachelorette weekend with a private group Pilates class designed just for you and your crew. Your group will have exclusive use of our main group classroom, with a certified instructor leading a fun, customized workout built around your group’s size, experience level, and energy.

    •    Private 50min group class in our beautiful main studio room
    •    A fun, choreographed workout using our Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers
    •    Pilates props, including magic circles, loop bands, and hand weights
    •    Bright natural light and a beautiful studio setting that’s perfect for photos
    •    Free parking directly outside the studio

Groups of eight or fewer will each have their own reformer.
Groups of nine to sixteen will move through a Pilates Circuit style class using both reformers and other pieces of Pilates equipment as stations, so everyone stays active and involved throughout the workout.

Why a Pilates class works

It suits a bachelorette better than most things do

Everyone can do it

No fitness level required

Someone who has never exercised and someone training for a marathon take the same class and both work at their own level.

Easy the morning after

Kind to Friday night

Low impact, no jumping, no shouting. It wakes a group up rather than finishing them off, which matters on the morning after the first night out.
The room looks good

Worth the photos

Wide floors, tall windows, morning light across the reformers, and ambiance you can adjust. Bring a phone.
Not only bachelorettes — birthdays, girls’ trips, corporate and team days all book the same way.

Check your date

Send the details and we will come back with availability and a price. Group size is what sets the rate, so that is the one to get roughly right.
Reserving your date
A fifty percent deposit is due at booking to hold the date, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file forty-eight hours before your event. Securing the booking is what lets us set aside the studio, the instructor and the props for your group.

Questions

Booking a group, answered

How many people can you take?

Up to sixteen. Groups of eight or fewer train on the reformers, one each. Nine to sixteen runs as a Pilates circuit across the reformers and mats, so nobody is standing still waiting for a turn.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your group, so we quote directly rather than publishing a rate. Send your details through the form above or call (843) 608-8660 and we will come back within the hour.

What is the deposit?

Fifty percent at the time of booking, which reserves your date and is non-refundable. The balance is charged to the card on file forty-eight hours before your event.

What if some of the group have never done Pilates?

That is the normal situation and it is genuinely fine. The reformer springs can assist a movement as easily as resist it, so the instructor scales the same class up or down for each person. Beginners are shown the equipment before anything starts.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can for a weekend morning, particularly March through October. Those slots go first. Get in touch as soon as you have the weekend and we will tell you honestly what is open.

What should the group wear and bring?

Something you can move in, close-fitting enough that the instructor can see your alignment, and a water bottle. Grip socks if you own a pair, though they are not required. Everything else is provided.

How long do we have the studio?

Studio hire includes up to an hour of studio time. Allow a little at the front for arrival and getting everyone set on a reformer.

Can we take photos?

Please do. The studio has a lot of natural light and the ambiance can be adjusted, and content is one of the main reasons groups book the space rather than a standard class.
