Welcome to our brand new On Demand Video Library now a permanent part of Pilates of Charleston. As we get started, we are thrilled with the progress we have made. Within about a two week period, we have been fortunate enough to get an entire new platform built and have filmed and edited several workout videos to get you started. Our goal is to provide hi quality workouts delivered in an equally high quality platform.
We envision our online platform as a way to keep you moving and sweating at home or on the go while allowing you to review Pilates form and technique in between classes.
