Bachelorette Party Pilates in Charleston

Book the studio for your group — a fifty-minute reformer class for up to eight, twelve minutes over the Ravenel from downtown. Something you will actually remember on Sunday morning.

What it is

The studio, your group, fifty minutes

We have eight Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, so a party of up to eight trains together in the room with nobody else in it. Larger groups can split across two back-to-back sessions.

It is a real class, taught by a certified instructor, scaled to whoever is in the room — the bride who does Pilates four times a week and the cousin who has never seen a reformer both leave having done something. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets bored.

Fifty minutes, finishing with a stretch series. Morning slots work best: you are done, showered and out with the whole day ahead of you.
Pilates class in Charleston focusing on strength, flexibility, and core stability. Comfortable studio environment with expert instructors.
Why this, and not another boat

It suits a bachelorette better than most things do

Everyone can do it

No fitness level required

The reformer springs assist as easily as they resist. Someone who has never exercised and someone training for a marathon can take the same class and both work at their own level.
It is not a hangover

Kind to Friday night

Low impact, no jumping, no shouting. It wakes a group up rather than finishing them off — which matters on the morning after the first night out.
The room looks good

Worth the photos

Wide floors, tall windows, morning light across the reformers. Bring a phone; the room does most of the work.
Booking it

How it works

01

Tell us the date

Call the studio or send a note with your date, rough group size and the time of day you are after. Weekend mornings book first.
02

We confirm the room

We hold the studio for your group and confirm the instructor. Group pricing depends on size and time — we will quote you directly.
03

Send the details round

We will give you everything your group needs: what to wear, what to bring, where to park, and what time to arrive.
04

Turn up

Come ten minutes early. Reformers are set, springs explained, and you are moving on time.
Before you come

The practical bits

Non-slip grip socks are required on the reformers. Tell your group in advance — it is the one thing people forget.

Wear something you can move in, close-fitting enough that the instructor can see your alignment. Bring a water bottle. Skip the gum.

Arrive ten minutes early. We are a one-room studio with no lobby, so if a class is still finishing, wait outside on the bench or grab a coffee at Second State next door.

Making a weekend of it

Where we sit

The studio is at 778 S. Shelmore Blvd in Mount Pleasant — twelve minutes over the Ravenel from downtown, with free parking directly outside. No meters, no circling, no four-block walk in the heat.

Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms are a short drive further east, so a morning class and an afternoon at the beach is an easy pairing. Groups staying downtown, on Daniel Island or out on the islands all make the trip comfortably.
Questions

Bachelorette Pilates, answered

How many people can you take for a bachelorette class?

The studio has eight reformers, so a group of up to eight trains together with the room to themselves. If your party is larger we can usually run two back-to-back sessions — tell us the number when you enquire and we will work it out.

What does a bachelorette Pilates class cost?

Group pricing depends on the size of your party and the time of day, so we quote directly rather than publishing a rate. Call the studio on (843) 608-8660 or send your date over and we will come back to you.

What if some of the group have never done Pilates?

That is the normal situation, and it is genuinely fine. The reformer springs can assist a movement as easily as resist it, so the instructor scales the same class up or down for each person in the room. Beginners get shown the equipment before anything starts.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can for a weekend morning — those go first, especially between March and October. Get in touch as soon as you have the weekend and we will tell you honestly what is open.

Do we need to bring anything?

Non-slip grip socks, which are required on the reformers, and a water bottle. Wear something close-fitting enough that the instructor can see your alignment. Everything else is here.

How long is the class?

Fifty minutes, finishing with a stretch series. Add ten minutes at the front for arrival and setup, so plan for about an hour and ten door to door.

Got a date in mind?

Tell us the weekend

Send your date and rough numbers and we will come back to you with availability and group pricing. Weekend mornings between March and October book earliest.
