In honor of March Madness, we are offering some variety to our regular group reformer classes. They are sure to target specific areas to jumpstart you into bikini season!
Core Power Hour: Wednesdays 9:00am
Upper Body Blast: Tuesdays 10:00am
Lower Body Blast: Thursdays 10:00am
**Each of these classes are still a full body work out, each one just concentrates on a specific area.**
