This is a great option to try out a single class for the first time or if you cannot commit to a class package.

This class package is ideal for those coming once a week you also get a small discount off of our Single Group Class price.

Get our best group class rate with this package. Ideal for multiple classes per week.

Private Sessions

Drop in for a single session. 1 Private Session

Semi-Private Session
We do require reservation by phone for semi-private sessions. Semi-Private sessions can accommodate two to three people.
