If your friend has previous Pilates experience, then they are welcome to join any of our group classes right away. If they have never done pilates before, we do require that they take one private session before hopping into a group class. They can enjoy their first private session at this special 50% off rate, which is perfect since it will allow them to see if they enjoy pilates before signing up for their half-off monthly package alongside of you in December.
