Pilates of Charleston’s Policies and Payment Methods

Please let us know if you have any further questions concerning policies or payments with Pilates of Charleston.  Below are our FAQ’s (frequently asked questions).

1. Registration: Small group sessions require advance registration to reserve your spot.

2. Cancellations: Any and all cancellations of scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled session.  Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be charged full session price or counted against your package.

3. Monthly Package: Group class Packages run from the 1st to the last day of the month.  Any unused remaining sessions of Monthly Packages will not rollover into the next month.

4. Class Pass: Class passes and series of ten sessions are for individuals and should not be shared. All sales are final. Series of Ten passes expire 6 months from date of purchase.

 

Payment Methods

Cash/Check/Credit Cards (all types accepted)

1. In the Studio: We accept cash/check/all credit and debit cards at our studio location.  (There is no sales tax charged for our services)

2. Over the Phone:  If you would like to make a credit card payment over the phone, there is a 4% fee per transaction.  There is no fee for credit card purchases in our studio.
